A little over a year ago we started the crazy journey of sell/buy/downsizing our home. We thought we knew everything but in this crazy market we realized that we knew very little. We reached out the Nicole for advice. She became more than a friend, she became a counselor and advisor! Walking through this nerve racking process with Nicole by our side is a blessing.The highs and lows of the process to buy a home only to realize by time you call with an offer it is sold, Nicole coached us through the pain. They did everything they could to ensure the process of buying our new home went well. Our realtor Bob Magiera is a very experienced and knowledge about the housing market in general but particularly about the current housing market which is probably the hottest housing market ever. This is really important because in today's market you need someone that can help navigate the delicacies very carefully, and know how to communicate with the other parties be it sellers or buyers.Bob was available to us when we needed to communicate with him and when asked any questions he communicated in a very timely, clear, and concise manner which helps provide the client peace of mind is this very fast moving market. Bob is also very well versed with homes he is very knowledgeable about the questions that we asked but most importantly if he did not know, he made the communication attempt with the other side to find out the answers quickly. We worked with Tyre and Hoosier Realtors to sell a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in the Beach Grove area. Finances had turned around for our family and we needed to sell. We told Tyre our situation and he responded immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable about what we could do in our situation. He knew the ins and outs, which was hugely comforting because we didn’t. He came up with options for us and then presented them to us. He was very clear about our choices and gave his opinion when asked. I felt he really helped us to make the best dicision we could in our situation. What I really appreciated was the communication. I would highly recommend Chris Smith from Hoosier Realtors as the agent to help you sell or purchase your home. He made what can be an extremely stressful event fun and enjoyable. I am actually a little sorry we won't be going out to look at houses anymore. However, I love my new home and if it hadn't been for his extensive knowledge of the industry and his contacts I might have lost the opportunity to purchase this house. After, I put an offer on the house I became disenchanted with Rocket loans and decided not to do business with them. I called Chris, pretty upset and worried but Chris said it wouldn't be a problem and put me in touch with Clark Sigmund from First Option Mortgage and I was able to close without any issues. This is the third home I have owned and was by far the smoothest experience. Chris is knowledgeable and honest. He worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for me and I am grateful I had him as my realtor.

Cheri Meeks was such an amazing realtor! One day we went to a random house for an open house. She was super sweet and gave us a lot of information about buying and selling. little did we know a few weeks later we wanted to get the process of selling our house and buying a new one started and Cheri was our lady! She bared with us through a lot of ups and downs and nail-biting times, but in the end we sold our house and found the house that would grow with us. Hoosier realtors was great, and we will continue to refer anyone to them who are looking to buy or sell!

HIGHLY Recommend Cheri Meeks, she is so amazing! We contacted her initially about one of her listings. We weren't quite ready to buy, but she said if we needed help with anything to let her know. So I told her what we were looking for, and to my surprise I immediately started getting emails with options. She was able to get us showings literally hours after seeing it online. She apparently doesn't have "regular" office hours, as she was communicating with us quickly no matter the time of the day. Seriously the best ever! She has such a sweet nature about her, and you can really tell she cares about you getting into a home that you will love, not about a commission. If you're in the market, do yourself a favor and contact Cheri!

I can’t say enough good things about Rusty. He was very responsive to all my calls. He sold my house in a week for 10,000 more than what Carpenter Reality told me I would get for it. He assisted me with hiring contractors to fix what was needed before we sold the house. He also helped us find a neighborhood to build a house in and walked us through that entire process. Also, they have a deal with Wanamaker storage and we were able to use their truck for free during our move
