BIOGRAPHY

Joanne has over 25 years of real estate experience, beginning her career in PGA Village, Florida.  Upon returning to Indiana in 2007, she spent 12 years in new construction sales, primarily in Lifestyle and Active Adult communities throughout the greater Indianapolis area.  This background provided Joanne with in-depth extensive knowledge and appreciation of the 55+ buyers, an ever-growing market in which she specializes.  Being a Boomer herself, she understands the process of downsizing and also how important it is in finding the right fit in a community.

Joanne’s clients are of utmost importance to her, devoted to making their wants and desires a priority, and to fostering and building meaningful relationships.  Guiding her Buyers through the process every step of the way, she is committed to helping them find their perfect home and a new chapter in their life!
